By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our plugins and Services for your personal or business use.

  • Single-Site License: Unless otherwise specified, each license entitles you to use the plugin on a single WordPress installation.
  • Multi-Site License: Multi-site licenses allow usage on the number of sites specified in your purchase.
  • Updates: Active licenses include access to updates and new features for the duration of your subscription.
  • Support: Active licenses include access to our support team during the subscription period.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense our plugins or any part thereof
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our plugins except as permitted by law
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use our plugins in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our Services
  • Share your license key or account credentials with unauthorized third parties

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with notice.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.
  • Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be notified before any renewal charge.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on all new purchases for documented plugin defects we cannot resolve or unresponsive support. Plugixa publishes a free public demo at [DEMO_URL] so you can evaluate every feature before purchase, and refund requests for change-of-mind are not eligible. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date by contacting our support team and describing the specific issue.

  • Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of a specific product
  • Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds
  • Refund requests must describe the specific defect or unresolved support issue
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@plugixa.com
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your license to use our plugins will immediately cease
  • You must destroy all copies of our plugins in your possession
  • You will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription unless required by law
  • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plugixa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Services at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plugixa and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
