Getting Started

New to Plugixa? Start here.

Plugixa is a premium WordPress plugin suite focused on content management. Our flagship plugins — Plugixa FAQ, Plugixa Testimonial, and Plugixa Team — pair a modern React admin panel with AI-powered content generation, and integrate natively with Gutenberg, Elementor, and WooCommerce. Everything we ship is built mobile-first, accessibility-first, and tested with the most popular WordPress themes.
After purchase, sign in to your Plugixa account dashboard and download the plugin ZIP. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, and click Install Now followed by Activate. The plugin will add a new menu item to your dashboard where you can paste your license key (delivered by email) and start configuring your first block.
The Free version covers the core feature set so you can ship a working FAQ, testimonial, or team section in minutes. Pro unlocks AI content generation (BYO OpenAI or Gemini key), every premium layout, advanced styling controls, schema-rich SEO output, import/export tools, and priority support with a 24-hour response SLA. You can run the free build, evaluate every Pro feature on our public demo at [DEMO_URL], and Pro/Agency purchases are backed by a 14-day refund guarantee for documented defects.
A receipt and download link are emailed to you immediately after checkout. You can also access every plugin you own — along with your license keys, invoices, and active sites — from your account dashboard at any time. Re-downloads are unlimited; the latest version is always available there.
No. The free editions are available on the official WordPress.org plugin directory and only require a working WordPress install. An account is needed only when you purchase a Pro or Agency license, which uses the account to manage license keys, sites, invoices, and renewals.
Yes. The free build is available on WordPress.org, and our public demo at [DEMO_URL] lets you explore every Pro feature on a real site before purchase. Pro and Agency purchases are also backed by a 14-day refund guarantee for documented defects we cannot resolve or unresponsive support.

Licensing & Sites

How sites, transfers, and agency use work.

A site license activates the plugin on one live website (a unique domain). The Pro plan covers 5 sites, and the Agency plan is unlimited within your agency. You manage which sites are active from your account dashboard and can deactivate a site at any time to free up a slot.
Common staging and local development environments — such as *.local, *.test, staging.*, dev.*, and *.wpengine.com sandboxes — do not count against your site limit. Only live, production domains consume a site slot, so you can build, test, and stage freely under the same license.
Yes. The plugin can be network-activated or activated per subsite. For licensing, each active subsite is treated as one site against your license limit; agencies running large networks should choose the Agency plan for unlimited activations. Network-level admin tools are available for bulk configuration.
Yes, and it is self-serve. Sign in to your account dashboard, deactivate the plugin on the old site to free the slot, and activate it on the new site with the same license key. There is no fee or waiting period for transfers.
Yes — that is exactly what the Agency plan is for. You can install Plugixa on any number of client sites under your agency, and your clients do not need to purchase their own license. The Agency plan also includes priority phone support and a dedicated account manager to help with rollouts.
We focus on annual subscriptions because they let us ship continuous improvements, security updates, and new features. We occasionally run lifetime promotions for early supporters — subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social to be notified the next time one is available.
Your plugin keeps working forever — there is no kill switch. After expiry you simply lose access to one-click updates, new features, and priority support until you renew. Renewing reactivates updates immediately, including any releases shipped during the lapsed period.

Pricing, Refunds & Renewals

Plans, payments, and refund policy.

Yes — for cases where we fall short. If the plugin has a documented defect we cannot resolve, or our support is unresponsive, email support@plugixa.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We publish a free public demo at [DEMO_URL] so you can verify every feature fits your needs before buying — change-of-mind refunds are not issued.
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep the higher-tier features for the time you have already paid for.
Yes. Choosing annual billing saves you 20% on every plan compared with monthly. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time from your account dashboard, and the savings kick in right away.
We do. Registered non-profits, schools, and universities get a special rate, and we offer volume pricing for organisations needing 10+ licenses. Email support@plugixa.com with a brief note about your use case and we will send a quote within one business day.
Yes — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period so your sites keep receiving updates without interruption. We send a reminder email 7 days before each renewal, and you can disable auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard.
Sign in to your account dashboard, open Subscriptions, and click Cancel next to the plan you want to stop. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and the plugin continues to work after that with no kill switch (just no further updates).
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal. Pricing is shown in USD by default, with automatic conversion to EUR, GBP, and other major currencies at checkout. EU VAT is calculated automatically based on your billing address — VAT-registered businesses can enter a VAT ID for reverse charge.

Updates & Support

Release cadence, SLAs, and how to reach us.

We ship feature updates roughly every 2-4 weeks and security patches as soon as they are ready — usually within 24-48 hours of identification. Every release is tested against the latest two WordPress versions and the most popular themes and page builders before going out.
Free users have access to documentation and the WordPress.org community forums. Pro customers get priority email support with a guaranteed first response within 24 hours on business days. Agency customers additionally get priority phone support and a dedicated account manager.
Phone support is available on the Agency plan. After upgrading you receive a direct line and can also schedule scheduled video calls with your account manager for onboarding, training, or larger rollouts.
The fastest path is the Support tab inside your account dashboard, which pre-fills your license and site details so we can help faster. You can also email support@plugixa.com directly. Including a screenshot, your WordPress and PHP versions, and the active theme makes resolution dramatically quicker.
Support covers anything related to the plugin itself: installation, configuration, bugs, feature questions, and compatibility issues with mainstream themes and builders. It does not cover custom code, theme modifications, or third-party plugins, but we are always happy to point you in the right direction or recommend a developer for larger jobs.
Yes — please do. Every customer suggestion goes into our roadmap board, and we review the highest-voted requests at the start of each quarter. The fastest way to get a feature considered is to email support@plugixa.com with the use case you are trying to solve, not just the proposed solution.

Compatibility

WordPress, themes, builders, and the broader stack.

All Plugixa plugins require WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 8.0+ for full functionality. We strongly recommend running the latest stable WordPress release on PHP 8.1 or 8.2 — both for security and because each new PHP version meaningfully improves performance.
Our plugins are theme-agnostic and work with any well-coded WordPress theme. We test extensively against Astra, GeneratePress, Kadence, OceanWP, Hello (Elementor), Twenty Twenty-Four, and Divi, and the view configuration system lets you fine-tune every visual aspect to match your brand. If you ever hit a theme conflict, support will help diagnose it within the SLA.
Plugixa plugins ship with native Gutenberg blocks, dedicated Elementor widgets, and Divi modules. For other builders (Beaver Builder, Bricks, Oxygen) you can use the built-in shortcodes, which work in any context that accepts a shortcode — including in custom HTML widgets and theme template parts.
Yes. Plugixa plugins are independent of WooCommerce and work alongside it without conflicts. Many of our customers use Plugixa Testimonial on WooCommerce product pages and Plugixa FAQ on the storefront, and our blocks integrate cleanly into WooCommerce templates.
Yes. All plugin strings are translatable, the .pot files are kept up to date, and we test against both WPML and Polylang. Per-language content (questions, testimonials, team profiles) is fully supported with both plugins, and translation workflows behave as expected.
Yes. Plugixa plugins emit static, cache-friendly HTML and CSS, and dynamic features (like AI content generation) only run inside the admin. We test with WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, LiteSpeed Cache, and Cloudflare APO. No cache exclusions are required for the public-facing output.

Security & Privacy

Data handling, vulnerability reporting, and AI privacy.

Yes. Out of the box, Plugixa plugins do not collect or transmit any personal data from your visitors. Optional features that do involve external services (such as AI content generation in the admin) are clearly labelled, opt-in, and require you to provide your own API key — we never act as a data processor for your visitors.
By default, none. The plugins run entirely on your server and do not phone home about visitors. We collect anonymous, opt-in usage telemetry from the WordPress admin only — and only after you explicitly enable it during setup — to help us prioritise the right improvements. You can turn it off at any time in the plugin settings.
Please email security@plugixa.com with details of the vulnerability and a way to reproduce it. We acknowledge every report within 48 hours, keep you informed throughout the fix, and credit responsible disclosures in the release notes if you would like that recognition.
Plugin updates are delivered through Freemius, our license and update partner, which signs each release before publishing. Updates appear in your WordPress admin exactly like any other plugin update, and you can review the changelog before clicking update. Past versions remain available in your account dashboard for rollback.
Yes. Telemetry is opt-in by default — you must explicitly enable it during initial setup. If you change your mind later, you can opt out at any time from the plugin settings page, and no further data is sent from that point on.
AI features use your own OpenAI or Gemini API key, which you paste into the plugin settings. When you generate content, the request goes directly from your WordPress site to the chosen AI provider — it never passes through Plugixa servers, and we never see your prompts, your generated content, or your API key.

Account & Billing

Managing licenses, invoices, and your account.

License keys are emailed at the time of purchase and are also available any time from your account dashboard under Licenses. Each license key shows which plugin and plan it activates, the active sites, and the renewal date.
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password" and enter the email address you used at checkout. A reset link is sent within a minute or two — check the spam folder if it does not arrive — and the link is valid for 24 hours.
Sign in to your account dashboard and edit your profile under Account Settings. Most fields update instantly. For changes that affect tax or billing (such as company name or VAT ID), email support and we will update the records on your past invoices as well.
Every invoice is emailed automatically at the time of payment, and a full archive lives in your account dashboard under Billing → Invoices. Invoices are PDF and include your VAT details where applicable, ready for accounting.
Open your account dashboard, go to Billing → Payment Methods, and add or replace the card on file. Updates take effect immediately and apply to your next renewal — there is no need to cancel and resubscribe.
Freemius is our payment processor and license manager — they are the merchant of record for all Plugixa purchases. They handle secure checkout, EU VAT, refunds, and license delivery, which is why their name appears on your card statement and invoice. Your billing relationship is fully covered by our 14-day refund guarantee regardless.
Refunds are issued from our side within one business day of the request. Once issued, the funds typically appear on the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you the moment the refund is sent.
