Meet Plugixa Chat, version 1.0.0: one button in the corner of your site that opens every way a visitor can reach you. WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, a phone call, an email, a booking page, or a contact form that needs no app at all.

What it does

You build a widget in four steps, with a live preview beside each one: choose the channels, design the button, decide when and where it appears, then review and switch it on. Make as many widgets as you need - one for the shop, one for the wedding page, one for after hours - and let rules decide which page gets which.

The widget script is under 14 KB compressed and loads nothing from anyone else. It works behind a full-page cache, with a keyboard, with a screen reader and in right-to-left languages.

Highlights

  • 44 channels in six groups: messaging apps, phone, email and SMS, booking, maps and social profiles, plus custom links.
  • A contact form inside the widget: messages are stored in your own database, emailed to you and exported to CSV.
  • Shown where it helps: rules for pages, content types, categories, addresses, devices and signed-in visitors.
  • Triggers: after a delay, after scrolling, or when the visitor is about to leave.
  • A QR code on computers for WhatsApp and LINE, so the chat starts on the phone.
  • Buttons inside your content: a Chat button block, a shortcode, and a contact button on WooCommerce product pages that names the product.
  • Analytics that stay on your site: how often the widget is seen, opened and used, counted on your own server, with events for Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel.
  • Spam protection built in, with Cloudflare Turnstile if you want it.

Made for phones

Most chats start on a phone, so the menu has large tap targets and fits a narrow screen.

Free and Pro

Everything above is free, with no limit on widgets, channels or leads. Nothing in the free download is switched off or waiting for a licence.

Pro adds what a team needs: business hours for a widget or a single channel, country and language rules, named agents who can take turns, your own questions on the contact form, webhooks, Mailchimp, Brevo and FluentCRM connections, A/B tests, a WooCommerce order status lookup, a per-widget dashboard and a dark theme for the admin. Pro costs €39 a year for one site or €59 a year for unlimited sites.
