What it does

Renting cars by phone and spreadsheet stops working the day two customers want the last Qashqai for the same weekend. With Plugixa Car Rental, a visitor chooses a location and dates, sees the cars that are free with the price of each, adds extras, enters their details and confirms. The booking appears on your dashboard, and both you and the customer get an email.

The engine knows your fleet car by car. You add vehicle models, such as a Fiat 500 or a Nissan Qashqai, and the real cars behind each one, by plate. Availability is checked under a lock, unpaid holds expire, and a turnaround time keeps a gap between rentals, so a car is never rented twice. Every price is worked out on the server at the moment of booking.

The desk works from one screen

Today’s pickups and returns are on the dashboard, and the bookings list is searchable with CSV export. Each booking keeps its customer, vehicle, charges and payments on one page.

Free and Pro

Everything above is in the free plugin, with no limit on cars, locations or bookings. Nothing in it is time-limited or switched off pending payment, and no rental data is sent anywhere.

Pro adds what a growing rental business needs: card payments through Stripe and PayPal, paying part now and the rest at pickup, pricing rules with a calendar of daily prices, taxes, young and senior driver surcharges, booking in several currencies, vehicle inspections with signed PDF rental agreements, PDF invoices, reports, calendar sync with other booking channels, text messages and Telegram alerts, delivery and collection at the customer’s address, and a Google map of your desks. Pro costs €39 a year for one site or €59 a year for unlimited sites.
