Generating from a topic - Plugixa FAQ
Where this appears: AI Generator, the Topic / Keywords tab.
Describe the subject and get a set of drafted questions and answers. It is the source to use when the page does not exist yet and you want a structure to react to.

Writing the prompt
The difference between a useful run and a generic one is entirely in what you type.
Too vague: shipping
Better: shipping for a UK-based online bookshop, including delivery times, tracking, international orders and what happens to a damaged parcel
The second gives the model your shape: the questions come back about the things you named, in the order you named them, rather than a generic e-commerce list.
What it will get wrong
Anything specific to you. Prices, delivery windows, the returns period, whether you ship to Ireland. The model does not know any of that, and it will produce a confident, plausible, wrong number rather than leaving a gap.
Treat the questions as the output and the answers as a first draft. The set of questions is genuinely useful, because it is a reasonable guess at what people ask about this subject. The answers need your facts in them.
Count and language
Up to twenty in a run. Ten is usually a better starting point: enough to see the shape, few enough to read properly.
The language selector generates in that language, which is a starting point for a translated set. Link it to the original afterwards, from the multilingual screen.
Then review
Every draft is listed before anything is written, and imports as a draft even then. Edit the answers there, drop the questions that missed, and set a category.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The answers are bland | The topic was one word | Describe the business, not the subject |
| Facts are wrong | The model is guessing your specifics | Expected; edit them, or use a URL instead |
| Fewer than requested | The model merged overlapping questions | Run again with a broader topic |
| The same questions twice | Two runs on the same topic | They are drafts; delete one |
What to do next
From a URL works from a page you have already written.
