Plugixa Testimonial ships as a free plugin on WordPress.org with a Pro upgrade
managed through Freemius. This page lists what is in each tier, and it is short
for a reason: the free build is the whole plugin except three things.

How the Pro build differs
Freemius builds the free ZIP by stripping the pro/ directory, so the premium
code is simply absent rather than present and locked. That is why the free build
shows no dimmed fields and no upgrade overlays: a format or a screen that cannot
work is not offered at all. The PDF option, for instance, does not appear in the
free export menu rather than appearing and failing.
It also means the free experience can be tested on a premium install by renaming
pro/ to proOld/.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Go to Testimonials → Account in wp-admin.
- Click Upgrade and complete checkout.
- Freemius activates the licence and swaps the plugin to the Pro build.
Your testimonials, categories and views are untouched by either direction. If a
licence lapses, the three Pro additions stop being available and everything else
carries on, because everything else was never gated.
