Photos - Plugixa Team
Photos are the reason most people put a team on a page, and they are also the reason a team page can look inconsistent. This panel is where that is settled.
Shape and size
Round, rounded or square, at a size you set. Round suits portraits; square suits photographs with context in them.
The crop is centred on the image, so a set of photos taken at different distances will still look uneven. If a team page matters, consistent source photos are worth more than any setting here.
Position
Above the text, or beside it. Above suits a grid; beside suits a list, where a row is wider than it is tall.
When there is no photo
The fallback is initials on a coloured ground, not a grey silhouette and not a broken frame. A directory that is half photographed still looks deliberate.
