Every member is output with Person markup, so a search engine can tell that a team page is a list of people rather than a list of cards.
What is marked up
Name, job title, the organisation, the image, and any social profiles as sameAs links. That is the set search engines actually use; adding more produces markup nobody reads.
Working alongside an SEO plugin
Yoast and Rank Math both build their own graph for a page. Where they do, this markup is designed to sit beside theirs rather than compete with it. If your SEO plugin already emits a Person for the page author, you can turn this off for that page rather than shipping two.
A realistic expectation
Person markup rarely produces a visible rich result on its own. What it does is make the page legible to a crawler, which matters most when somebody searches for an employee by name and you would rather your site answered than a directory site.
