Member profiles - Plugixa Team

The editor is one screen. Nothing here is required except a name, and a member with a name, a photo and a job title already looks right in every layout.

The fields

Identity. First and last name, job title, department, and a short bio plus a longer one, so a compact layout can show the short version and a card the full one.

Photo. Uploaded or chosen from the media library. When there is none, the layouts fall back to initials rather than a broken frame.

Contact. Email, phone, mobile, website and location. Each is shown only if the view is set to show it, so the same record can be public on one page and discreet on another.

Social profiles. As many as somebody actually has, recognised by platform so the right icon appears.

Skills. A label and a level, drawn as the bars you see on the cards.

Ribbon. A short flag such as “New” or “Hiring”, with its own colour.

Reporting line. Who this person reports to, which is what makes a hierarchy drawable.
