Carousel layout - Plugixa Team
Where this appears: the Layout panel of any view, once Pro is installed.
A sliding strip. It shows a few people at a time and lets a visitor move through the rest, which is what you want on a homepage where the team is one section of several rather than the whole page.
When to use it
When vertical space is the constraint. A grid of twenty people owns a page; a carousel of twenty owns a band of it.
It pairs well with the group navigation above it, so somebody can jump to Design without scrolling at all.
What a visitor can do
Drag or swipe, use the arrows, click the dots, or tab to it and use the arrow keys. Autoplay is available and off by default, which is the right default: a strip that moves while somebody is reading it is a strip nobody reads.
