The one thing worth getting right

The gap between the name and the job title. If they are close in size and weight, a card reads as two equal lines and a visitor has to work out which is which. A clear step between them is most of what makes a card look designed.

Fonts

The typeface itself comes from your theme, deliberately. The plugin sets size, weight and line height and inherits the family, so a team section looks like the rest of the site rather than like something pasted in.
