Skills - Plugixa Team
Each skill is a label and a level, drawn as a bar. They are set on the member and switched on per view.

When they earn their place
On an agency or a consultancy page, where the question a visitor has is what this person is good at. Three skills per person is usually the right number: enough to characterise somebody, few enough to read at a glance.
When to turn them off
On a leadership page, a staff directory, or anywhere the roles already answer the question. Bars on a CEO card invite a comparison nobody meant to make.
Style
Bar height, radius, whether the percentage shows, and whether the colour comes from the skill or from one accent. Per-skill colour reads livelier; a single accent reads more serious.
